Speakers & Experts

Learn from people doing the work.

S.A.G.E. brings experienced investors, operators, lenders, entrepreneurs, asset managers, business owners, developers, and other professionals into the community to share real-world knowledge.

Two Ways to Speak

Share what you know — in either experience.

Speakers can participate in either or both S.A.G.E. experiences. What changes is the focus.

Meetup Speakers

Introduce an asset category, investment strategy, industry, or educational concept to the broader community — then take questions and connect over structured networking.

You might cover:

  • An asset class and how it works
  • An investment strategy or approach
  • An industry or market
  • An educational concept or framework

Deal Lab Presenters

Present a specific asset, opportunity, or project for structured educational analysis and due diligence. The community studies it alongside you — asking questions, examining assumptions, and identifying what still needs to be verified.

You might bring:

  • A specific asset or opportunity
  • A real-world case study
  • A project for due diligence
  • Lessons from a deal you've worked on

The sponsor introduces the deal. S.A.G.E. analyzes the deal.

Our Standard

Speakers educate before promoting.

We invite speakers who can teach the mechanics of an asset, a strategy, or a real deal — the assumptions, the risks, and the lessons — before any promotion. The goal is real-world education that helps members ask better questions.

If you have hands-on experience with an asset class and a genuine interest in teaching, we'd like to hear from you.
